Shipping

Orders currently ship within the United States for a flat rate shown before payment. Pieces are packed carefully and tracking is provided when available.

Timing

Ready-made pieces generally leave the studio within five business days. If an unusual delay affects your order, we’ll contact you using the email provided at checkout.

Address problems

Please contact the studio promptly if an address needs correction. Once a parcel has been accepted by the carrier, rerouting may not be possible.
